What are cookies?
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser storage and tracking scripts, can also store or access information on your device. Some are essential for a website to work; others are optional.
How we use them
We use strictly necessary technologies where needed to operate the website, maintain its security, handle requests and remember your privacy preferences. They do not require cookie consent when a legal exception applies.
At present, UniqueLets has not enabled visitor analytics or advertising-tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel for the website. If we introduce them, we will update this notice and provide the appropriate consent or objection controls before using them.
The types of technologies

At present we use only the strictly necessary technologies described below. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Technologies currently used
Your cookie choice: a preference record that remembers what you selected in our cookie banner, kept until you change your choice or clear your browser data.
Website operation: technical records needed to run the website securely and handle the enquiries you submit, kept until you clear your browser data.
Anonymous statistics: only if you accept optional analytics, an anonymous identifier used to count visits and pages viewed. It is not used to identify you and is removed if you withdraw your choice.
These items are stored in your browser’s local storage rather than in cookie files. The website loads its Montserrat font from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies through our site.
Your choices
Where optional technologies require consent, they will remain off unless you choose to allow them. You can reject them as easily as you accept them and change your choice through “Cookie settings”.
Some narrowly defined statistical technologies may be permitted without advance consent. If we ever use that exception, we will explain it and provide a simple, free way to object.
You can also delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website works.
